When we're born, cigarettes are not remotely a part of any human's thought process. We breathe fresh air and that's all we want. But then somewhere along the way - usually when we're young - we smoke a cigarette. Then we smoke another. Day by day, week by week, and year by year, we learn to associate certain moments, circumstances and emotional states with smoking. As this happens, our beliefs and thoughts about smoking are formed and solidified. During this time, our brains change. This is why, when we decide to quit years after we started smoking, we end up failing. We are left exhausted and frustrated. Our smoking rate returns to where we started. This is because our brains are still stuck - the "smoker's brain" we spent years training has held us back.

How it Works

    There are things you’ve come to believe that simply aren't true. You will begin telling yourself the truth, and the truth is powerful. Once you know the truth, your true choice will be revealed.
  2. BECOME AWARE OF WHAT YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND IS TELLING YOU
    As a smoker, you’ve repeated certain negative thought patterns over and over, and these thoughts have created an emotional sense of dependency on cigarettes that have brought you comfort. As you replace the negative thoughts with positive, empowering thoughts, you will find that the choice to be smoke-free becomes a simple and natural decision.
  3. TURN YOUR CRAVINGS INTO WEAPONS FOR YOUR SUCCESS
    You will rewire your brain to work for you rather than against you. You will probably be surprised to see cravings and urges - once something to dread -transform into sources of motivation and something you actually welcome…Eventually they will fade and vanish altogether. And then you will be naturally living free.

With LivingFree, you will rediscover the way you thought before you became emotionally and mentally dependent on cigarettes. The false beliefs you've "learned" will be corrected. What to Expect

LivingFree is made up of 12 sessions. They are video-based and they are split into short segments. The whole thing is self-explanatory, so just go with the flow. There are some quizzes to keep you honest and some assignments that will put the process of living free into motion. You will use something called a "key to success card" which will change alongside your changing brain.
