"Why Do I Still Have the Urge to Use?!?"
It's coming from within...
LivingClear doesn’t involve willpower. There are no gimmicks or tricks of any sort. Truly living substance-free is a lifestyle and a clarity-of-mind that is everlasting. Welcome to the science-driven program that addresses substance dependence where it was formed: in the brain.
The answer to living a life free from substance use is something called cognitive behavioral training
It’s what you’ll experience over the next couple weeks during the LivingClear course.
When we’re born, the substances that we form addictions to later in life are not a part of our thought processes. We function naturally, with the food and air and water that our bodies need, and that’s all we want. But then, somewhere along the way, we introduce substances into our lives. Day by day, week by week, year by year, we learn to associate certain moments in life, certain circumstances and emotional states, with the substances on which we’ve become dependent. As this happens, we develop certain beliefs and patterns of thought about our addiction—and the substance itself—that keep us emotionally dependent on using. During this process, our brains change. This is why, even after you’ve quit the addictive substance, you might still have thoughts and urges to use. This is what causes people to relapse which can be a frustrating and exhausting experience. This all occurs because our brains are still stuck—the user’s brain we spent years training has held us back and kept us from truly achieving the freedom we want and deserve.
It’s time to gain clarity and “unstick” the brain…
How it Works
EXPOSE THE FALSE BELIEFS THAT HAVE FORMED
There are things you’ve come to believe that simply aren’t true. You will begin telling yourself the truth, and the truth is powerful. Once you know the truth, what we call “the real choice” is revealed and clarity is restored.
BECOME AWARE OF WHAT YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND IS TELLING YOU
As your beliefs are corrected, your thoughts will also change. As a substance user, you’ve repeated certain negative thought patterns over and over, and these thoughts have created an emotional sense of dependency on the substances that have brought you comfort. As you replace the negative thoughts with positive, empowering thoughts, you will find that the choice to live naturally and to be substance-free becomes a simple and clear decision.
TURN CRAVINGS INTO WEAPONS FOR SUCCESS
You will rewire your brain to work for you rather than against you. You will probably be surprised to see cravings and urges—once something you may have dreaded—transform into sources of motivation and something you actually welcome… Eventually they will fade and vanish altogether. And then you will be naturally living substance-free with a clarity-of-mind that will last a lifetime.
The simple format is a lot like other online classes you may have taken, with one important distinction: Cognitive behavioral training is about more than just gaining knowledge or a skill—it is about creating the mindset and the psychological context that promotes new, healthy behaviors.
With LivingClear you will rediscover the way you thought before you became emotionally and mentally dependent on using. The false beliefs you’ve “learned” will be corrected. The negative thoughts that have undermined and sabotaged all your past efforts to live free of substance use, and free of the urges, will be exposed and fixed. Your brain will be retrained to think about substances and about using the way it’s supposed to, the way it used to before you formed the emotional attachment. You will relearn what until now you never even knew you forgot.
What to Expect
LivingClear is made up of 9 sessions. They are video-based and they are split into short segments. The whole thing is self-explanatory, so just go with the flow. There are some quizzes to keep you honest and some assignments that will put the process of living substance-free into motion. You will use something called a "key to success card" which will evolve throughout the program as your brain changes and you build greater consciousness.
The process is called cognitive behavioral training, and it fixes the problem of substance dependence from the roots, in the brain, where it was formed. This is a way of life. Welcome to LivingClear—the beginning of complete freedom from substance dependence.
